DWA - Välinehuolto: Joulukuun toiminta

Hei kaikki vuosi 2022 alkaa kääntyä lopuilleen, niinpä muistutan kampuksen välinehuollon joulukuun aikatauluista [cid:image001.png@01D9057D.08C79A10]Viikolla 49 välinehuolto on suljettuna 5. -6.12. välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 7. -9.12. Viikolla 50 välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 12. -16.12. poikkeuksena solukaappien osien pesut ja steriloinnit. Viimeinen mahdollinen pesupäivä on to 15.12. Solukaappien pesuista on sovittava välinehuoltajien kanssa erikseen. Viikoilla 51 - 52 solukaappien osia ei pestä. Viikolla 51 välinehuolto toimii normaalisti 19.-22.12. välinehuolto on suljettuna pe 23.12. Viikolla 52 Välinehuollot toimivat normaalisti välipäivinä 27.-30.12.2022 koko välinehuollon tiimin puolesta - virpi Dear All Year 2022 is coming to an end, so I’ll remind you of the DWA unit schedules during December. On weeks 51 and 52 the incubator parts are not washed. Week 51: the DWA service is normal on Mon – Thu 19.- 22.12. On Fri 23rd the DWA unit is closed. To keep our premises safe and clean

Dear all, to keep our premises safe and clean, please, check these issues in your offices. 1. Computer cables should be bundled and lifted away from the floor. This is safer for your devices and makes cleaning easier. ICT people can help with this if needed. 2. Keep your extra clothes, shoes, and other extras in wardrobes. In case there is no space, please, store them elsewhere, and not on the floors or bookshelves. 3. Consider taking out the materials taped in the windows. They block the nice light flow, make cleaning of windows difficult and in emergency situations they may slower the checkout control teams. If you work on your computer with data that needs to be protected or otherwise do not want passersby to see what you are working on, it is possible to put a security screen protector on your screen. If you have any questions, let me know.
