Dear all, we need invigilators for University exams in the spring term. All post docs and PhD students with salary should be doing at least one invigilation turn for spring, as we should not be using any of PhD students or post docs working on grants for this kind of work (new info from our admin.....). Of course, all teachers and other members of the staff are most welcome to participate. We already discussed that in autumn 2018 - spring 2019, we'll try to have our own general exam days once a month in order to reduce the number of re-exams organized in these University exams, but this does not help now.
So, please, go to the excel table from the link below to find BIOLOGY turns (marked with dark green and BIOL). Find a suitable time slot for you (start with Jan -Feb) and inform me on that as soon as possible, dead-line to inform me is Wed 10.1.2018.
Exams are held Mon-Thu from 2.30 - 5.30 pm, and our first turn is already on Mon, Jan 15.

The units should designate the Spring 2018 invigilators as follows:

The invigilators must be in the table no later than Thursday, January 11, 2018. The University Exams in 2018 will begin on 9th January 2018.
The unit must ensure that all invigilator turns have taken at last on 11 January 2018.

Dear invigilator,
You have invigilator turns on Spring 2018. The deadline for naming the invigilators for each exam day is Thursday 11.1.2018 and invigilators will select suitable shifts themselves.
Steps:
1) Please, choose your exam supervision slot (or slots) that you will take care of and fill in your name. The university exams are held from Monday to Thursday from 2.30 - 5.30 pm. (Mechanical engineering exams will be held on Saturday at 9-12 am.)
On the weekdays (Mon-Thu) the invigilator needs to come to the exam team room TM101 by 2 p.m. to prepare for the exam room and exams which are given for the responsibility of the invigilator. The exam team informs via email about the invigilation times. The message comes, in most cases, the week prior to the invigilation time.
Each exam room has a head invigilator, who will be given a key to the exam team room (TM101). Key card is given to the head invigilator when he/she enters room TM101 for his invigilation time. The key cards must be returned to the room after the exam. The head invigilator is in charge of the organization and helping of other invigilators of his/her exam room. The head invigilator delivers the seating order of his/her exam room to the door of the room no later than 1.30 p.m.
Each invigilator is expected to read the information and any received emails before entering the invigilation duty.
