Dear Jeffrey
The Excel-file from Mari Katvala is not a list of our publications from 2020-2021 (from 2021 they can be found in page: https://solecris.oulu.fi/crisyp/disp/13_/fi/cr_haku/tab/tab/sea). In the Excel-file there are only the publications, which are already in our SOLECris database but are not Open Access-publications. However, they could be considered as open access publications, if the accepted manuscript is loaded in our Jurita repository. The latest version of the manuscript could be send using the form in page: https://jurita.oulu.fi/index.php?uilang=en-US. Since nobody else has the latest version of the manuscript except the authors of the article, nobody else cannot do it on their behalf. We are getting more money from the open access publications from the Ministry of Education and thus making the publications open access is worthwhile.
Yours Jouni

Liitteenä lista yksikkömme sellaisista julkaisuista (2020-2021), jotka voisi avata rinnakkaistallentamalla. Excelissä on välilehti "Accepted manuscript needed", jolla on siis lista näistä julkaisuista, joista kirjasto tarvitsisi tuon hyväksytyn käsikirjoitus -version rinnakkaistallennukseen.
Attached is a list of publications from our unit (2020-2021) that could be opened by parallel storage. In the Excel file, there is an "Accepted manuscript needed" tab, which has a list of these publications for which the library would need that version of the approved manuscript for parallel storage. Versions can be sent to the library using the form https://jurita.oulu.fi/
The publications for 2020 are in a hurry to still have an impact on the distribution of funds for universities, the registration year 2021 can still be completed next year, but it would be good to have ASAP as well.
