Minulla on Elolta asiakas, joka on koulutukseltaan sekä sairaanhoitaja että terveydenhoitaja. Hän on toiminut mm. työterveyshoitajana eri organisaatioissa. Kyseinen asiakas on ollut nyt pidemmän aikaa pois työelämästä ja paluuta työelämään suunnitellaan työeläkeyhtiön myöntämän ammatillisen kuntoutuksen työkokeilun avulla. Asiakkaani toiveena olisi saada työkokeilun kautta hiljalleen kokeilla, miltä paluu takaisin työelämään tuntuisi. Tämän vuoksi hän toivoisi saada tehdä työkokeilussa sellaisessa ympäristössä työtä, jossa ei tarvitsisi olla heti alkuun kasvokkain tapahtuvassa asiakastyössä. Näin ollen olisiko teillä mitään esimerkiksi projektien taustalla tapahtuvaa työtä, johon voisi ajatella työkokeilijaa? Työkokeilu kestää useimmiten noin 2-3 kuukautta, jonka ajalta Elo hoitaa asiakkaan toimeentulon ja tapaturmavakuutuksen, joten rahallisia kustannuksia ei työnantajalle tule. Jakso voidaan aloittaa kevennetysti, aluksi työaika voisi olla esim. 20 tuntia viikossa, työaika on tavoitteena korottaa porrastetusti täyteen jakson edetessä. Jos teillä on mahdollisuus ja kiinnostusta harkita työkokeilupaikkaa, ei tarvitse tehdä päätöstä tässä ja nyt. Ennen kuin teette lopullista päätöstä työkokeilun järjestämisestä, voitte sopia asiakkaan kanssa haastattelun, jonka jälkeen voitte tehdä päätöksen työkokeilupaikan tarjoamisesta asiakkaalle. Lisäksi asiakas itse on toki teihin yhteydessä, jos olette kiinnostuneita kuulemaan lisää ja hän voi toimittaa tällöin myös cv:n. Työkokeilun järjestämisen ja alkamisen ajankohta ajoittuisi alkuvuodelle 2022, aloitus on sovittavissa joustavasti. Dear researchers, to those of you who are interested in the Horizon Europe Health-cluster calls. In the beginning of July, the commission has an info day on the Health cluster and after that a brokerage (partnering) event for those looking for partners. Both events are online. The Health cluster info day on July 2nd is open to everyone and requires no registration: https://www.horizon-europe-infodays2021.eu/event/cluster-1-health The brokerage (partnering) event on July 5 requires registration: https://healthbe2021.b2match.io/ How the brokerage days work: - Register for the event and create a profile. The organizer needs to activate your profile, this will take some time. - If you are looking for partners, you can make a project description (highly recommended!) which can be on a general level. - In the agenda-section you can find the general sessions open to everyone - In the Marketplace-section, you can find everyone who are looking for partners and who are interested in discussing collaboration.
