Syksy on saapunut jälleen, mutta me katsomme jo toiveikkaasti kohti joulukuuta. Normaalit olot ovat palaamassa ja niin on myös jokavuotinen Luonnontieteilijöiden Jouluristeily. Risteily seilataan 2.-3.12. Baltic Princessillä. Perinteiseen tyyliin OLuT ry järjestää jonotuksen risteilypaikkoja varten 23.-24.9. virheillä naulakoilla klo 17 alkaen. Jonotus yliopistolla jatkuu yön ylitse eli varautukaa asianmukaisesti. Ilmoittautumisten käsittely aloitetaan seuraavana aamuna klo 7.
Luonnontieteilijöiden Jouluristeily on kaikkien Suomen luonnontieteiden opiskelijoiden yhteinen tapahtuma. Risteilyllä on tarjolla monipuolista ohjelmaa, kuten esimerkiksi AnkkuriAppro. Perinteiseen tyyliin OLuT ry järjestää myös bussikuljetuksen risteilylle ja takaisin.
Risteilyn hinta kuljetuksineen sekä Ouluun varattujen hyttipaikkojen määrä tarkentuu 20.9.

Autumn has come, yet we are already looking forward to December. We are slowly returning to normal, which means the return of the yearly Science student's Cristmas cruise. The cruise will be held 2.-3.12. onboard the Baltic Pricess, starting from Turku, Finland. As per tradition OLuT ry will hold a queue for the cruise on 23.-24.9. at the green coat racks starting at 17.00. The queue will continue through the night and we will start processing the registrations at 7.00 the following morning.
The Science student's Christmas cruise is a yearly event, which gathers science students from all around Finland. The cruise offers a variety of different events. OLuT ry will organize trasportation by bus to Turku and back.
More info will follow regarding the exact price of the cruise including trasportation and the amount of places reserved to the students from Oulu on the 20th of September.

Lisätietoa risteilystä ja jonotuksesta: Ouluun on varattu 152 varmaa hyttipaikkaa kahden, kolmen ja neljän hengen hyteissä, kolmessa eri hyttiluokassa sekä 47 varapaikkaa samoissa luokissa, joiden arvioidaan laivayhtiön mukaan todennäköisesti toteutuvan rajoitusten poistuessa. Laivalla on tarjolla kolme valinnaista ruokailua (illallinen, aamiainen ja lounas), joista vähintään yksi on valittava. Näistä halvin on aamiainen (12 €). OLuTin kautta jaettaviin paikkoihin kuuluvat bussimatkat riippumatta siitä kulkeeko Turkuun itse vai OLuTin järjestämällä kuljetuksella. Kokonaisuudessaan hinta-arvio risteilylle on pienimmillään noin 80 € (Hyttipaikka, bussit, yksi ruokailu). Hinta voi vaihdella hyttiluokan, risteilijöiden kokonaismäärän (bussimatkan hinta per osallistuja) sekä valittujen ruokailujen määrän perusteella. Lisäksi Ouluun on varattu 40 kpl AnkkuriAppro lippuja. Kyseessä on laivalla toteutettava appro johon osallistumisesta tulee lisähintaa 4 €.
Jonotuksessa voi ilmoittaa kaksi risteilijää yhdellä jonotusnumerolla. Tällöin on tiedettävä toisen risteilijän yhteystiedot, valittu ruokailu sekä mahdollinen osallistuminen AnkkuriApproille. Samaan hyttiin majoittuvat ihmiset pyritään sijoittamaan samaan bussiin lippujen jakamisen helpottamiseksi. Jonotus alkaa tarkalleen ilmoitettuna kellonaikana eikä OLuT ry huomioi aikaisemmin paikalla olleiden järjestystä.

Additional information regarding the cruise and queuing: 152 confirmed cabin spots have been reserved for Oulu in two, three and four man cabins, in three different cabin classes and 47 reserve spots in the same classes, which are also likely to receive their spots according to the cruise company once restrictions are lifted. There are three optional meals available on board (dinner, breakfast and lunch), from which you have to choose one. The cheapest of these is breakfast (12 €). The bus trips are included in the spots distributed through OLuT ry regardless of whether you will be traveling to Turku by yourself or with us. The total price estimate for the cruise is at least about 80 € (Cabin space, buses, one meal). The price may vary depending on the cabin class, the total number of cruisers (price of the bus trip per participant) and the meals chosen. 40 AnkkuriAppro tickets have been reserved for Oulu. It comes at an additional cost of 4 €.
While queuing, two cruisers can be registered with one queuing number. In this case, you need to know the contact information of the other cruiser, the chosen meal and possible participation in AnkkuriAppro. People staying in the same cabin will be placed on the same bus to make it easier to distribute tickets. The queuing starts at the exact time indicated and OLuT ry does not take into account the order of those who were previously present.
