Bioinformatics position for DNA sequence analysis
A bioinformatics specialist position is immediately available in Biomedicum Helsinki for DNA sequence analysis. A position includes data pre- processing, process development and analysis of sequence data produced by Solexa Genome Analyzer II sequencer. The position is offered jointly by Biomedicum Genomics (BMGen) and Computational Systems Biology Laboratory (CSBL).
