Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n sääntömääräinen syksyn liittokokous järjestetään keskiviikkona 11.12.2018 klo 16.15 alkaen Oulun yliopiston Linnanmaan kampuksen salissa PR101. Kokouksessa käsitellään seuraavat asiat:

1. Kokouksen avaus 2. Kokouksen laillisuuden ja päätösvaltaisuuden sekä liittokokousedustajien toteaminen 3. Puheenjohtajan, sihteerin, kahden pöytäkirjantarkastajan ja kahden ääntenlaskijan valinta 4. Kokouksen työjärjestyksen hyväksyminen 5. Valitaan hallituksen puheenjohtaja, varapuheenjohtaja, sihteeri, taloudenhoitaja ja enintään kymmenen (10) muuta hallituksen jäsentä 6. Valitaan yksi toiminnantarkastaja ja yksi varatoiminnantarkastaja 7. Vahvistetaan toimintasuunnitelma ja talousarvio 8. Ansiomerkkien saajien päättäminen 9. Käsitellään muut kokoukselle esitetyt asiat 10. Kokouksen päättäminen

The general autumn assembly of Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry is held on Wednesday, December 11th starting at 16.15 in PR101 at the Linnanmaa campus of the University of Oulu. The following topics are on the agenda

1. Opening of the meeting 2. Legality and quorum and stating general assembly representatives 3. Electing the chair and secretary of the meeting, two examiners of the minutes, two tellers 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Electing the Chairperson, the Vice-chairperson, the Secretary, the Treasurer and up to ten (10) other members of the Board 6. Electing the Operations Inspector and the Vice-Operations Inspector 7. Verifying the action plan and budgetary estimates 8. Deciding the receivers of the badge(s) of merit 9. Other business 10. Closing of the meeting
