The NAS is soon completely full and that will stop transfers from the instruments. Move your old files away immediately. Dear BCO-Kieppi people, A kind reminder: 1. you should remember to update the names and phone numbers of the responsible people for cold rooms, freezers etc., by their doors, and have also the names with phone numbers who need to be informed in case of a "meltdown emergency" . 2. update also the names using your office by your office door Thank you! Safety walks in Finnish May 4 and in English May 5

Dear BCO-Kieppi people, Please, remind new employees: We will again organize so-called "safety walks" for BCO-Kieppi people who have not yet participated in them. We will walk through our premises and locate the emergency exits, fire alarms, fire extinguishers etc, check the meeting point for emergencies, and talk about safety. Participation to this about 30 min walk is obligatory for everybody. This is organized for your own safety. The next tour: in Finnish May 4, in English May 5, starting both at 14.00. Starting point for the tours is top of the main staircase 4th floor, Aapistie 5A. See you there! Hei Eilen oli saapunut 20 kg kuivajäitä Kiepin logistiikkakeskukseen, ilman vastaanottajan nimeä. Jäät olivat siellä vielä aamullakin. Virastomestarit ovat siirtäneet jäät Kiepin 2. Kerroksen pakkashuoneeseen (227A) hävikin vähentämiseksi. Käythän hakemassa jäät mahdollisimman pian omaan talteen. Hi Yesterday, 20 kg of dry ice had arrived at the Kieppi logistics center, without the name of the recipient. The ice was still there in the morning. The masters have transfered the ice to the freezer room (227A) on the 2nd floor of Kieppi to reduce the loss.
