Sole allocation:

Please do remember to notify our research group members to make their December Sole allocations should be done by Wednesday 18 th of December in the Faculty of Science. Allocation must be accepted latest by Friday 3rd of January 2020. The number of months days in December 2019 is 18 and months hours is 132,3

It is very important for the financial situation of the units/faculties and the whole university, that working hours will be allocated regularly into projects, orders and cost centers through Sole TM. Without proper allocation process of hours, the financial result of the units/faculties and the whole university will not be correct, because through this process the hours allocated into projects will be invoiced from the financiers.

Financial Statements 2019:

Purchase invoices are to be accepted by 10.1.2020 at 14:00 at the latest.

Invoices of the travel expenses on business trips ending by the end of November 2019 must be made by 31.12.2019 at the latest and they must be accepted by 10.1.2020 at 14:00 at the latest.

For trips made in December 2019, travel invoices must be made within two months of the end of the trip. If the travel invoice is paid for a project ending in 2019, the traveler must send the information to the travel secretaries at Matkat@oulu.fimailto:Matkat@oulu.fi. Travel invoices for completed projects must be made by 31.12.2019 and approved by 10.1.2020 at 14:00 at the latest.
